Found that the amenities were in need of some attention: no hot water, no lights at night, toilet paper in short supply, dryer out of service and only 2 washing machines. For $20 per person per night on an unpowered site things should be improved.

Go to the nat pk at the actual Lawn Hill Gorge. $6.75pp/pn. Showers and toilets are fine, plus that’s where the great swimming and waterfall action is. You don’t need to pay big $$$ to stay at Adele’s

Road from Camooweal is a big rugged but the road from Gregory has been recently worked on, mostly dirty road by Dean R.
