We booked and arrived very late same day, pulling up to the campsite we were greeted by Dave and given a quick tour before the light went completely. It wasn't packed and crowded, very relaxed and had a lovely calm atmosphere. Camp kitchen has a fridge and a new BBQ fitted, the shower is hot and they also offer cabins to stay in. They have a lot of activities to do in the day if you wish. We regret not staying an extra night to catch the sunset properly from the swing bench on the hill, though the one we saw when we arrived was stunning! Clear sky at night meant we could see all the stars and even caught a shooting star. This is a worthwhile place to stay if your in the Rockhampton area. Thanks for a great stay, would definitely return!
