It is very bumpy for the first half of the track. So be prepared to not speed, and especially go to first gear only! I drove a normal 2WD car, maybe with a 4WD, you won’t experience a bad track. The camps are relatively small, the Blad Hill Campground is the biggest, and more spacious. There are over 5 fire right, a toilet no flush and two picnic areas (one is covered). There is poor reception (Telstra) on the way, but in Bald Hill I can easily get 4G.
