Lovely spot overlooking river or sports oval with large trees behind. Shady trees to camp under. Ablution block opened with a key and showers with great water pressure. A second toilet block is available close to camp sites. A short walk into town BUT we encountered a party nearby with a live band and people staying at the park were returning drunk and disorderly at 12.30am back at the park keeping other residents awake. We bailed out at 1am and drove home. If you are staying here stay during off season and not on long weekend holidays. It was Australia Day on the Thursday and we had booked for the Friday and Saturday nights so technically not a long weekend but some people turned it into a long weekend. The park is open so anyone can drive in and use the toilets. No one to call if there is a disturbance except the police who are in Donnybrook. A disappointing experience on the second night.
