Very professional service, very tidy and clean camp spot and facilities

My Assistance Dog and I stayed in the park recently. The amenities were functional and always very clean. Unfortunately, we were subjected to discrimination, resulting in my dog and I being barred for the camp kitchen and having to cook our food outside in the rain. Big4 management determined that the whole building was a commercial kitchen and that we weren’t allowed in. I cancelled my accommodation the next day, I’m not going stay where I’m discriminated against. I can appreciate it must be challenging running a caravan park through covid but threatening to call the police for people not wearing masks properly and yelling at guest for driving on the grass is projecting anger onto others. A formal discrimination complaint has been lodged with the Human Rights Commission.
