Black Range Campsite is a great drive in or hike in campsite. From Jenolan Caves Road you can turn off and travel down a logging trail (unsealed and quite steep) to access the car park at the campsite. The site is accessible by 2wd vehicles, unless it has been raining when the logging track becomes very slippery - particularly in the steeper sections. Parking is available for 5-6 vehicles. There is an un-serviced drop toilet and water tank on site. Water needs to be boiled or treated before drinking. Signage also says the tank may be empty in the drier months. Lots of picnic tables and benches around the site, which is great. The camping grounds are large. 10 - 15 groups could easily camp without feeling cramped. The site is directly on the Six Foot Track Walk and is a great overnight stop if you are completing the multi-day hike. Only downside is that the campsite backs onto a wilderness area, so expect some noise from dirt-bikes and quads in the morning.
