A hidden gem & an amazing location. A beautiful scenic camping spot for caravans/vehicles or tents. Also newly renovated lodge rooms available. Such a great set up, all amenity facilities where very clean and well maintained. The hot showers where amazing. Great communication with Ruth and Steve who managed the site. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Dorrigo/Dangar falls! Cash & Card payments accepted, just call on the day before arriving to check for availability.

Ruth and Steve who manage the site are terrific people! The amenities are spotless, showers are hot and the view is awesome 👍😎 This place is a real gem! We are in a small off road caravan, some powered sights available. Beautiful yellow tail Black Cockatoo's came each evening for a sit on the fence. Lovely place to stay, would recommend you see for yourself 😄😁

Lovely stay in Dorrigo located near Dangar Falls. Lovely meeting Bill, taking care of the place. Walk to the falls & refreshing bath close by.

Question:

Is it dirt road into your campsite ?

Answer:

Hi Margaret, Our road into the site is gravel and then onto grass, so some areas can get a bit squishy after excessive rain. If this is worry we have plenty of camp spots as soon as you enter through the gates. There aren't many spots where you can't enjoy the view and of course hear the rushing of the the beautiful Dangar Falls. We hope this helps you and we look forward to seeing you at our gorgeous little peaceful place. Thanks by Shona M.

Question:

Do you have to pay for camping if you drive down near the water ?

Answer:

Hi Sam, we've just taken over the running of the Lodge so are sorry no one got back to you. Unfortunately at this the camping by the river isn't available due to excessive rain but we hope to open it back up in the future. In the meantime, you are welcome to come camp with us back up near the Falls. We look forward to seeing you. by Shona M.
