Campsites

We enjoyed our Australia Day long weekend at Harrington Beach along with two other families. The park was full to the brim but thankfully didn't feel crazy packed like other parks we have been to. Our camper trailer easily fit on the site along with our car. Many of the sites had trees which helped with shade. Harrington is a short stroll from the park along with the famous breakfast which is the longest in the southern hemisphere. The park has all the kid friendly facilities such as jumping pillow, park, mini golf and pools. The ladies at the front desk were actually pleasant. It's so strange to say but most of the time those who work at these parks have no customer service skills whatsoever. To the point where being offered general customer service was commented on by all of the people we stayed with. There is close access to the beach for 4wd vehicles, although the permit is a bit steep ($60 for 30 days) we enjoyed our time out on the beach.
