We arrived at the lake and had a lot of nice spots to camp, you can camp all around the lake and most of the sites for camping have it’s on fire pit. The views are beautiful and the sounds of the birds are always really nice in the morning. It’s a beautiful spot to see the stars and sometimes around the year you are allowed to swim on the lake ( just make sure to check their website for the blue-green algae season). Some of the camping sites provide toilets and bins. It’s only 20min drive from halls gap where you can find a really nice community with shops, restaurants and everything you need.
