Spent the weekend at Flinders with our two toddlers. There isn’t anything better than falling asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing. Love the peace and quiet you get from beach camping, with ample space between the next campsite. The only facilities are drop toilets but these are clean. We were excited to find an inland track from our campsite back to the main road meaning we could leave at high tide. Relatively cheap weekend at the beach with the barge to Straddie being about $150 and camping about $40.
