My wife and I stayed here for a few nights a week or so back. It's a fabulous place to stay. Only 15 or 20 minutes from Stanthorpe, which in its own right is well worth a visit (the museum is excellent). The camp grounds are very well maintained .. sites have access to power, toilets, a fire ring for each site and fantastic views of the lakes with mobs of kangaroos who visit of an evening. There is outstanding bushwalking in and around the giant granite boulders and other rock formations with plenty of birdlife. The management is very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. This place is a double thumbs up as a place to stay for a few nights or longer.
