Stayed here at this lovely campsite for a few days while exploring Hill End historic site. Very spacious and shady campground with powered and unpowered sites, just a short drive into town. Lots of wildlife including this gorgeous King Parrot. Weekdays is was very quiet with only one other camper there. Friday night many campers arrived. Our stay was spoilt when a group of campers set up very close to us, even though there was lots of other sites available. They also had a dog which kept coming into our camp and barking and crying when they went away from their camp and tied it up. Disappointing that they didn’t leave their dog at home when staying in a National Park. Lots of things to do and see in Hill End. Historic Hill, just out of town was fascinating. Worth the visit there.
