Quite rundown, camp kitchen is small and not in completely working order (gas hob doesn't ignite) you also need to be 8ft tall to work it as for some reason it's ridiculously high off the ground. The empty beer cans in the kitchen on arrival were still there when we left two days later. About four or five shaded spots under trees available but put into the sun exposed spots which, for a campervan made it unnecessarily hot. The atmosphere was retirement village, and the staff not exactly wowed with customer service. I hate to leave a bad review but it needs some work to bring it up to par with the competition. That said the showers are hot, you have power, cheap laundry ($3) and are right on the marina.
