This place is great Only a couple of blocks walk to beach, park, supermarket Clean toilets but no shower, only a few dollars to use the town pool ones next door though It’s only a 15 min drive to cape Bridgewater where the beach is excellent & a few minutes past that is a lookout with seals sometimes The town tram leaves from here, about an hour trip with local info broadcast on the p.a. Usually koalas in the trees 100m west near the powerhouse museum Don’t bother getting fish & chips from harbour lights takeaway place it was terrible Get here before noon to secure a spot, probably fit 20 caravans in here Pets, no fires They have recently put gravel in the middle & it’s a big improvement It’s free to stay for 48hours so you’ll be able to afford a ride on the tram, kids love it
