Woman at reception was incredibly rude. We were put into overflow where we were promised access to sufficient toilets and showers, instead there were two showers and two toilets between 100/150 people. One toilet was out of order, the showers were cold more often than not. When I went to speak to reception the woman was vile and rude. Will not stay again and would not recommend.

Now come on, let everyone know the real story.. we advised everyone on booking that there would be limited showers and toilets in our overflow as we were at capacity, booked well in advance. We then had to monitor overflow campers from using the park amenities. I asked you once, why you were parked in a no parking area and when you advised you were collecting laundry and leaving, I said 'no worries' and walked away. You obviously took offence as you then made sure to give me a serve as you were leaving about how awful your stay had been "you had a cold shower and too many people around you' (btw, it was Christmas, if you wanted quiet and serenity, maybe stay home?) I suggested that if you had made us aware the gas had run out in the showers, we could have attended to the problem. If we don't know we can't fix it. We can't provide the service. And, as I mentioned, our phone number was displayed not only on the office door but on the window and your park map so you could have called at any time to let us know. At the end of the day, we are here to manage a whole caravan park and we can't please everyone as much as we do try. We have a beautiful place here and the majority of people love it.
