Enjoyed 3 nights camping on a powered site with 2 Mum friends and our 5 boys. This is an amazing facility, with the kids active all day! Good size sites, 2 bouncy pillows, 3 pools (cool, warm and a spa); cafe on site if we didn’t want to cook. Camp kitchen recently refurbed, and it looked as though new Ensuite style bathrooms as well. Mix of cabins and tent/ caravan options and well suited to groups. Kids enjoyed riding their scooters all over the place, running wild in the playgrounds and sipping into every pool. Us Mums were able to kick back and relax which was wonderfully unexpected! Staff helpful, grounds well maintained. Very strict on visitors who aren’t staying (pretty much not admitted, not sure if that is the usual or was just because we stayed during school holidays). However cafe is open to the public and is well worth it. Was a lovely ‘staycation’ for us wanting to try camping for the first time.
