We usually free camp, but being July we opted for a powered site so we could use a little electric heater. The park itself is huge and really well maintained. Toilets and other amenities were very clean. Due to COVID it was lovely and quiet and had plenty of space around us. Cabins have lake frontage and some powered seem to have partial lake views. There is an abundance of unpowered sites with fire pits. Tennis courts were in excellent condition and our kids loved the jumping pillow and swings. Pets allowed. Fire pits in powered sites need to be raised at least 400mm above the ground and ash cannot fall onto the grass at the site. Fire drums can be hired. The lake is stunning. If you have a paddle board or kayak this park is perfect for exploring the water.
