Mixed bag here. Manager is very nice, the grounds are grassy and shady. They have signs on everything that moves or not. Probably because the backpackers take liberties. Except the backpackers ignore all the signs, especially the noise after 10pm one, although it was a Friday night. Amenities are dated and almost clean. $30 U/P.
