Relaxing stay with just the sound of the creek to lull you to sleep. Farm across the road with some occasionally noisy cows and that’s about it. No access problems for my pulsar so anyone can do it. Not much dry firewood around immediate vicinity. In a valley so your phones probably won’t work and great wind protection.

Beautiful site, off a dirt road but easy to access, toilets are very clean but are seasonally closed from Easter weekend to Melbourne cup weekend, can swim in the waterfall it’s gorgeous, plenty of campfire spots, plan ahead with the weather it didn’t stop raining whilst we there for two nights.

Camped here for one night, constant light rain from late afternoon until early morning. Nice spot with plenty of room. Toilets in ok condition - (the womens) were equipped with toilet paper and soap. Overall good place for free camping.

Question:

Wondering if there are any bush walking tracks around this site and if it gets super busy over the Easter weekend?

Answer:

There are walks but they are very overgrown and not maintained. One we tried was blocked due to a landslide so I wouldn't head here with the intention of hiking nearby. In saying that, walking up the road is really nice. by Nigel A.
