Magnificent little paddock off the road for an overnight stop. It has a few wooden picnic tables and two fairdinkum long drops. There’s a rubbish bin there, but I don’t think it gets emptied often, so be prepared to take out what you brought in. There’s some decent shelter under some old oaks. Steer clear of the gums at the entrance. They’ve dropped some big limbs recently, so unless you want extra vents in your vehicle, I wouldn’t park under them. Otherwise this is my go to overnight stop when I travelling between Melbourne and Country NSW.
