Free and large 24 hour rest area 45 km south of the Billabong Roadhouse. Must be self-contained. Moderate sized tarmac area near bins and fire places. Much larger area with dirt base sites surrounding. Facilities include drop toilets, bins, fire-places and dump point. Reasonable Telstra reception but no Optus/TV. Suited as an over night stopover and is very popular on that basis. Fuel and food available at the Billabong Roadhouse.
