Paid camping area ($10 per night) with limited facilities. Must be self-contained. Pay camping fees at the Roadhouse near the camping area. Large flat dirt/grass base for many vehicles but limited shade. Good Optus and Telstra reception but no tv. Bins but no other facilities, Reasonably quiet. Good stopover for self-contained vehicles while visiting Australia's only monastic town.
