Went here with a large group (15+) and loved it! First in best dressed with this campground and it is best to get a spot that offers sun and warmth in the mornings (especially in the freezing winter mornings). Lovely big sites and amenities were clean and accessible. Most sites allow a view of the water and the beautiful ‘cove’ like beach. Plenty of fishing to be had either on the beach or the rocks and great views from the lookout which is a relatively easy walk from the campsite. Ranger visits daily from the experience we had. Definitely recommend!! Please be aware though that road to get to site is very bumpy and may not be suitable for all vehicles due to recent rain.
