Large paid campground ($20 per night) with no apparent time limit at the Port Hedland golf club in South Hedland. Good facilities. Booking ahead suggested. Large dirt base campground with no shade. Facilities include flushing toilets and showers, potable water, bins and washing machine. Good Telstra and Optus reception and TV. Suited as a multi-night stop for self contained vehicles. Road and rail noise both day and night.
