Campsites

Stayed on an unpowered site that was appropriately priced ($20 at time of writing). Bins were cleaned out which led to minimal smell. Area was well maintained. Short walk to the beach but are near sandbars so isn’t ideal for swimming, better for crabbing/fishing. Odd opening hours (could be from COVID). Were only open 2-6. Ladies bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and were told that it’ll be refilled “When the cleaner gets there” but not given an approximate time. This lead to some other unhappy campers. Tried to stay another night and were told we should’ve done that the day prior but when we did (at 4pm well within their opening hours) no one answered despite multiple attempts. Camp kitchen had minimal cookery (pot with no lid, one bowl, few fry pans, 1 pair of tongs) but NO air flow in the kitchen leading to a very stuffy room.
