Yes good spot for a over night stay. I got there earlier than my usual about 2pm. Only one other camper. Then a group of 4 caravans/ vans arrived. Power was $2 for 3hrs and shower $2 for 5 minutes. I was going to leave a donation but felt I over paid at the grocer for 2 items was going to buy butter as well but at $9.95 for 500g western star I think not. Not much to do and pub closed on Monday so didn't meet any friendly locals was very quiet when walked my pups through town. How do people afford to live here?
Stayed here for a night in our way to the coast. Would highly recommend. The town is so friendly, went to the pub and were made to feel like locals. Like many small regional towns it is suffering from COVID and the rural downturn.
Beaut spot hot showers for gold coin easy walk around this amazing township. Sadly with the closure of the railway line the town is slowly becoming anothet place thay will be forgotten unless more people stay and enjoy the area rather than passing by....
