We had a wonderful week here and stayed in the luxury tents for 2 days (which had running water in the shared kitchen!) and then in the stone shack on the hill, which seems to have almost cult status. The shack is literally 4 walls, a couple of old mattresses and a fireplace outside. And it has million dollar views. Lovely remote campsite for the seasoned camper. Great surfing, great fishing spot. I snorkelled with Manta Rays off the point, and saw sharks in the bay in the afternoon. There is a little shop that has some basics. We were treated to some live music around the fire pit one night. The roads in are very corrugated which makes arriving even more special. My only complaint was the toilets could be cleaner. We’ll definitely be back and be a bit more prepared. This place has a really nice, lost in time, feel to it. Kudos to the managers for keeping it that way.
