It’s not a camp site, just a parking spot next to the loos. Oh well!
There is nowhere to camp here. This is a nice spot by the river for a picnic but there is absolutely no place to put a tent!. This is NOT a camp spot. Only good if you want to stop overnight in a van beside the toilet block, thats all.
The address for this site is actually more like 39 Whinwell St (opposite). It's at the intersection of Dee Rd and the Yarra River. It's not clear whether camping in the reserve beside the river is all... Read more
Not much parking (places to camp) but it’s a really nice spot. Some Quite traffic. Good spot for fish swim or a walk. Needs rubbish facilities and a outside water tap. Toilets are ok, when they are in order. This place does not see many campers. Local kids can be a bit noisy on a Saturday night but I have been assured by a local they are harmless.
