Lovely camp ground, flushing toilet with toilet paper! Ferry runs 24/7 by a lovely man we have affectionately nicknamed Barry Barrison (not sure his real name). Swan Reach is super close by, so easy to pick up items at the local general store if you forget something (like tomato sauce! 😬). The local pub does a great meal, and the takeaway shop is great. 5 day max stay at Tenbury. Lots of wildlife to see, amazing river views. It can be quite packed by caravans and RVs. We got there late on a wednesday night, and it was pretty full. Close to the road, but traffic is minimal, just something to consider if you’re wanting to get away from the noises of trucks and cars. No areas super close to get into the water and swim from, which is the only downside.
