The campsite was lovely, but the only drive in site is located in the car park and the 8 walk in sites are accessible via flights of stairs and are very small. Some only 3m wide with no privacy from neighbours. The river offers wonderful swimming and fishing opportunities as well as being great for kayaks and paddle boards. National parks list the campground as having wood supplied but no wood was available and there clearly hadn’t been for months at least. The toilet had no toilet paper so best to make sure you pack plenty of your own.
