William Creek hotel runs the campsite/caravan park across the road. A bit pricey for one night ($17) but plenty of powered and unpowered sites, as well as cabins. Clean showers, toilets and coin laundry area. The pub itself was fantastic, staff are great and the locals are very friendly. I ended up staying for a few hours after only going in for one drink! Happy to pay for camping to support this tiny town. Definitely stop here if you are doing the Oodnadatta track, even if to just pop in
