A spacious campground that guarantees weary travellers a good night’s rest. It is a good spot to meet other travellers or for large groups. Not a particularly pretty spot; there is river but it is sandy and dirty looking. Toilets 2/5 - (they are dark, smell and flies gather around the seat... the drop toilets are quite full) They serve the purpose - bring your own toilet paper. Noise 4/5 - the site is quiet because it is away from the road. Caravans ✅ Camper vans ✅ Tents ✅ (the ground was quite hard and prickly) Bins ✅ Drop toilet ✅ BBQ ✅ Undercover eating area ✅ Spacious ✅ Quiet & remote ✅ Drinking water ❓ (we didn’t see any) Summary: practical but underwhelming.
