Open dry eucalyptus forest with adequate separation between the day use area and camp sites. Toilet is clean and shelter shed with picnic tables has tank water and gas barbecue. Only five camp sites well spaced apart which offer a degree of privacy. Not much shade from the trees so camp sites would be exposed in warmer weather. The nearby walking tracks, gorge and creek offer excellent opportunities to explore.
