Amazing view of the valley and river below. The ground was very rocky so if you are in a tent, ensure you bring a tarp. We had the site to ourselves for the night. Excellent fire facilities with hot plate over so was able to cook food and keep warm.

Badgerys lookout is a lovely place to camp with amazing views over the river below, fire pits, and picnic spots. Wanted to walk down to the river but is a four hour round trip, so didn’t want to commit to that. Toilets are a bit average. Make sure to watch out for Wombats on the drive in, we saw two!

Awesome views. The walk was difficult but the river was worth it. Toilets are not great.
