Question:

What’s the best route from Bundaberg at the moment for off-road 16ft van 4x4 ?

Answer:

Hi Trevor. You should be right to come through Gin Gin and Mt Perry and take the detour along Kerwee Road. Splinter creek bridge is still under construction so detour is still in place. I personally prefer to come over the Pinnacles but not sure if it’s caravan friendly. It’s a lovely drive through the forestry but not sure if roads are washed out from recent rain. I suggest you join Monto Buy Swap Sell and More on facebook if you’d like to know the condition on the road over the Pinnalces. by Ann E.
