Nice kitchen, good toilets and showers. Efficient after hours check in. Had a pool and a kids movie playing in the evening. WiFi was hardly useable and not much mobile service. Quite busy and a little more expensive than other campsites at $47 for 2 people and 1 night for a powered site.

Our grass site was just a dirt patch, the laundry only had one washing machine and dryer available for use! Only dollar coins accepted even though we were told $2 Or $1 pretty inconvenient.. Amenities were also pretty average for a big4..

Good pet friendly park. Decent camp kitchen with microwave. Laundry with modern washing machines and dryers ($4 per load). Amenities were regularly cleaned. Definitely would stay again.

Question:

Can you have fires in a firepit ?

Answer:

Hi Annie, Thanks for getting in touch! As we are close to a residential area, we can't allow individual fires on sites (which includes no cooking over coal or open flame). However, we do have a large communal fire pit which our staff light of an afternoon in the cooler months (usually Friday and Saturday) and keep well stocked with fire wood. It is subject to weather and local fire conditions and any social distancing requirements. by Guest.Relations

Question:

Is there a boat ramp there or. nearby please ?

Answer:

Hi Pat, The town boat ramp with floating pontoon is just a couple of minutes down the road. There is an old concrete boat ramp to the side of the jetty, but not suitable for anything bigger than a small tinny and only available on high tide, as it is a tidal mangrove area. by Guest.Relations
