We stayed overnight, peaceful area, lots of bird life, I managed to spot a couple of Crimson Rosella Parrots which was a lovely treat, I was greeted by Kookaburras and Whip Birds and others I'm not aware of in the morning. A small running creek just behind us was a sweet touch to our short interlude with nature and all this within a short walk to town, for fresh supplies. The showers in the woman's amenity block were working fine but my partner said his shower was a disappointment, not hot enough and it was just on hot water only. There was a bus group of young travellers also camping out, who were mostly respectful to the rest of us campers, regarding noise levels. We didn't use the camp kitchen but from a distance it looked good. Outdoor BBQ area good and undercover. Staff were friendly at checkin. We enjoyed our stay, packing up and heading in to town to treat ourselves to breaky at a Cafe.
