A great little getaway spot hidden in the bush between Gympie, Rainbow Beach & Tin Can Bay. It’s a relaxed site which caters for a decent amount of campers, has friendly staff, casual check ins, plenty of portable toilets & simple showers all at a really reasonable price. You can purchase wood for a fire onsite and also hire traditional bows to make use of their archery range. Unfortunately no compound bows are allowed on range, so better to leave them at home.

An excellent place to camp, lots of open spaces, I’ve been here four times in the past two years. Tammy and Gary are wonderful people.

What a jewel! We planned to stop by for one night and couldn't resist a second night in this dreamy oasis. The campground is a beautifully sculptured garden space with sails for shade in different areas so you can pull up and make yourself at home. We were the only campers during our visit but even if there were 10 others it would've still felt private and spacious. It was so nice that stay on luscious grass after many dusty campgrounds. Most of all Gary and Tamara are the warmest, most open couple - so welcoming but also respectful of privacy. Our stay was just the recouperation needed after a couple of weeks on the road. And meeting the 4 week old puppies was the icing on the cake! Thank you both for having us, Hanna + Chris : )

Admittedly, we were there on a very quiet weekend, but the facilities were always very clean. An excellent camp ground run by extremely lovely people. Brilliant campfire facilities to camp oven a delicious curry! First-time archery was a lot of fun.
