We decided to stay here for Easter. With booking not needed, we wondered if we would get a site. Well, there was no need to worry! Although there were a lot of people camped around the lake, there was plenty of room. Lots of powered sites at $20 per night and lots of unpowered sites at $15 per night. You could choose where you wanted to camp or set up your van. Neighbours were a good distance away. Big fire pits supplied. Plenty of shady trees. Caravan friendly. Showers and toilet amenities x 2. Caretakers on site were so lovely. Sea Lake 10kms away with a great restored community owned pub. A lovely upmarket deli and fantastic cafe and art gallery. Lake Tyrell is worth a visit....
