Great little park. 20min drive up their drive way. Away from town, lots of wildlife around. Unpowered only, hot showers and camp kitchen available. Would definitely go back.

The drive out to the retreat is mostly along a gravel road. Don’t be put off. The facilities are excellent. Clean toilet and shower. Well equiped kitchen. Private camping area. Very friendly wallabies. The possums made themselves at home. There is a walk to Mt Misery which leaves from near the kitchen. No light pollution, meaning the Milky Way way shining brightly. Magic.

G'Day Debbi, Thanks for visiting Huon Bush Retreats. Yes, our remote location provides for spectacular starscapes on a clear night. Glad that you enjoyed the wildlife and walk also. Paul D
