There are several parks with better maintenance than this one but its location alone sells it, being within walking distance of the Sunset Tavern where they provide excellent service and meals that you can enjoy whilst watching the glorious sunset over the Gulf. Given its popularity it would be great if the owners bitumened the internal roads within the park as in the dry season you certainly drag a lot of sand and grit to your campsite just going back and forth to the amenities. But otherwise a good park.
Great location, but very small sites and concrete slabs surrounded by sandy dirt. No grass
