Great spot not many level sites Very busy due to other campground closed due to maintenance work. Some steepish inclines and declines could get a bit challenging in the wet with towing.

Clean toilets with toilet paper. Fire pits and covered picnic area. Pleasant walks with lots of kangaroos and emus. We stayed one night as a stop over and was ideal for that. Loads of space.

Large camp ground with drop toilets, fire pits, dining area. Plenty of walks from the campsite and great starting point for 4x4 trips around little dessert.

Visited in March, facilities are really good, multiple drop loos and info- shelter. It was really dry and next to farming. Not too much around

They say life is better around the campfire. And we could not agree more.  Over the years due to increase fire risk it's become a challenge to find great campsites that allow you to have a fire by your tent.  Please be a responsible Aircamper and brush up on your fire safety knowledge. Bushwalking NSW has a great article that'll give you the rundown on how to light a fire responsibly. Below we've collected some hidden gems near Warracknabeal, VIC that still allow you to sit back, toast your feet and incinerate some marshmallows while telling stories about camping when you were a kid.
