Great spot for overnight or a few days. Right in the river, wouldn't attempt coming in after rain though, would be very boggy.
Good peaceful spot. Check both sides of river. Not very well signed posted. River was high and fast following. Has phone reception and only 1km from town. Limited spaces with high water
Peaceful spot on the river only 3 minute drive to town and to park toilets, dump point and lake. Just beware there are a lot of big old trees but a couple of spots without. Nice place to relax and fis... Read more
Great spot on the river just on the edge of town.

It’s free camping on the river, when it’s wet there are limited spots due to boggy clay so a caravan park only a 2 minute drive. by Tracey M.
