Fantastic Donation kindly requested but not compulsory non powered campsite on the banks of Lake Lascelles in Hopetoun. We arrived at 4pm on a Friday afternoon in May 2024 and most of the shops were shut or shutting. Only place to get firewood in town is the IGA which closes at 6pm. Firepit sites right on waters edge and others behind. Flushing Toilets and showers sparingly around the lake bring your own loo paper and no lights inside. Great location to get star photos. Dog friendly
