TLDR, amazing place to camp, the toilets and showers need a much needed rephresh. I've been going here with friends for new years for the past 3 years and it's been a blast every time. It's a huge campsite with easily enough space for very large groups to come stay. The lake is motor free so great for fishing, canoeing and paddle boarding. Fires are allowed, though dependant on fire bans, and the sign as you drive into the camp site just on the right has if they are allowed or not clearly stated. Now, there are toilets, but I'd honestly avoid them unless you really need to. And the showers are in a similar state. Most of the doors don't lock, only 1 of the taps work for washing your hands and they just aren't well maintained. Though it won't stop me going back cause, come on, it's free. At new years, they have a fireworks display at 9pm as well as rides and a few market stalls with actual locals.
