The hospitality here is second to none - the owners are so lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the camp oven roasts on Saturday night while listening to music and some of Des’ yarns about the local history. The johnny cakes & billy tea for breaky are amazing and their homemade bread is the best I’ve ever had! Only a 2 min drive to Mataranka Thermal Pools for a swim or go fishing in the river that the property backs on to. This spot is perfect for kids too, with all the animals that they can feed and play with! 10/10 recommend

This is the best place I’ve stayed at. Reminds me of summer camp, plenty of fun for the kids. Curry nights on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and a camp oven cook up on Saturdays. Reptiles come out after breakfast every morning and the squirrel gliders after dinner. The bread is amazing too! You can also borrow pool noodles for free to go to the thermal pools nearby. First in best dressed.
