It was hard to judge as bad weather and a Psycho woman( I think) was dumping a TV or computer monitor in same bin as I was putting my dog poo bag in because I caught her doing this she had a crack and threatened me with her staffy's which she said she had in the car. Got its rego and reported but not been contacted as yet. You get them everywhere only down side to free camps! It was an ok camp with bins as long drop toilets.
