TDLR: For a small site out past penguin, it's quite lovely. It's more of a neat, highly-convenient getaway than any major, adventure-packed family camp. The site is a decent size and quite flexible; no designated spots, just pay and plop yourself wherever; given this, the areas have potential to be very spacious. Several fire pits and shades with benches were supplied, and we were free to light fires with whatever branches we found. Toilets were supplied as well, nothing outstanding there. The park also hosts one neat, decently-sized, cute playground. The owners are sweethearts and were very understanding. They take Eftpos. However, the night we stayed, it was being dodgy, so I'd recommend bringing cash just in case. One night across my group (ten people) was $54. I cannot give any input on any walking tracks or such around the area as I was only there for a small, night-out celebration - but from what I gathered it's not all that exciting. Trucks regularly drive past around the late evening and the hills block any potentials for nice sunset photos.
