We stayed here a night before a full day out/tour day, in our motorhome then decided to stay another night after it rather than drive on. Absolutely fine for a stop over or 2. Toilets, picnic tables and a 900m walk to the river. It is by the main road so obviously there is traffic noise but it feels safe and only a couple of other vehicles parked up.
