Camped for one night. There are three campgrounds in Slaty Creek- 1, 2, and 3. 3 is hard to access with a caravan, with steep narrow track to get to. But most private and quiet compared to the other t... Read more
We stayed one night.. the toilets are your basic long drop toilets. Byo firewood recommended as not much around. Some built in fire places however you can build your own. Best to get in early if possible. The surrounding nature was blissful and relaxing. The creek was dry so ensure you byo plenty of water. Over all enjoyed this location better then other experiences. Would call this location intermediate campers site.
Small drive in camp, no facilities of any kind, some fire pits (I dug my own) and you can collect wood here. Next to the creek (but it’s dry during the summer months), walking trails around. Dusty... Read more
